Crista Taylor, LCSW-C
Interim CEO; Director, Adult Services Division

Crista Taylor, LCSW-C has served as the Director of the Adult Services Division at Baltimore Mental Health Systems, Inc. since 2006.  Prior to this, she was the Program Director for the Community Institute of Behavioral Services Mobile Assertive Services for the Homeless Mobile Treatment Program at Bon Secours Baltimore Health System where she participated in Maryland’s initiative for implementing Assertive Community Treatment, and evidence-based practice.  Her experience also includes working as a psychiatric therapist at Johns Hopkins Hospital, providing treatment in three clinics.  Ms. Taylor received her Master of Social Work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

 

Lynn Mumma, MSW
Chief Operating Officer

Lynn Mumma, MSW, began serving as the Chief Operating Office at Baltimore Mental Health Systems, Inc. in 2013. Prior to this, she was the Deputy Director for the Baltimore City Department of Social Services, overseeing adult, family and children’s services. Previously, she worked for the Secretary for the Maryland Department of Human Resources. Lynn also has experience managing pharmaceutical contracts and national employer group accounts in the health care sector. She received her Master of Social Work from Boston College and her undergraduate degree from Duke University.

 

Richard Greene, JD, LLM, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Richard Greene, Sr., JD, LLM, CPA posseses over 25 years of work experience in both finance and law. Prior to coming to BMHS, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer for ALD Enterprises, LLC, a pharmaceutical entity, and the Maryland Stadium Authority. He has spent his entire career in Baltimore City, serving its people in both public and private capacities. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore Law School and his Legum Magister (Master of Laws) from Georgetown Law School. Mr. Greene is both a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and a Certified Public Accountant in good standing.

 

Steve Johnson, LCPC
Associate Director, Adult Services Division
Steve Johnson, LCPC has served as the Associate Director of the Adult Services Division at Baltimore Mental Health Systems, Inc. since 2009.  Prior to this, he provided services and managed a variety of programs in community mental health with significant experience serving individuals with criminal justice involvement.  He has also developed curriculum and taught master's level classes at Southern New Hampshire University as an adjunct instructor.  Mr. Johnson has a strong interest in promoting approaches that are person-centered, strengths-based, and provide opportunities for meaningful recovery for individuals and families.  Mr. Johnson received a his master's degree in Community Mental Health from Trinity College of Vermont.

 

Keva White, MSW, LCADC
Associate Director, Child and Family Services Division
Keva White, MSW, LCADC has served as the Associate Director of the Child and Family Services Division with Baltimore Mental Health Systems, Inc. since 2009.  Prior to this, he served as a Youth Coordinator for the Burlington Partnerships local system of care grant where he introduced youth initiatives throughout the state of New Jersey. He has over 15 years of experience working with youth with special needs.  He is trained through the National Multicultural Institute as a certified cultural competency trainer.  Mr. White received his Master of Social Work from Temple University.
