Please join us as we discuss the disease of addiction and the alternatives to incarceration available to those who suffer from it. We will address the over-incarceration of people in Maryland and our country, the weaknesses in our correctional system, and the necessity for treatment, rather than incarceration, to help combat this debilitating disease.
