Questions for Contract Providers
Why didn’t I receive payment?
Contract payments are withheld if BMHS has not received the required reports or if the reports are incomplete. Contact your Administrative Specialist if you believe your organization is compliant with all these requirements.
When are reporting documents due to BMHS?
Appendix A reports are due the 21st of the month following the reporting period. Quarterly Fiscal Reports (QFRs) are due 40 days after the end of the quarter. The FY 2011 Quarterly Reports Submission schedule can be found in Contract Compliance Guidelines.

Questions for Non-Contract Providers
When is my site visit?
BMHS Quality Improvement (QI) staff will notify providers of site visit dates. If you have further questions, please contact BMHS at 410-837-2647.
How can I become a provider?
If you are interested in becoming a mental health service provider in Baltimore City, please contact BMHS’ Quality Improvement staff for guidance. The Office of Health Care Quality (http://www.dhmh.state.md.us/ohcq/index.html) can be contacted for information about licensure.
