Take I-95 North

Take I-395 North to downtown

Take I-95 South

Follow signs for the Fort McHenry tunnel

After the tunnel, use the I-395 exit North to downtown

I-395 becomes Monroe Street

Turn right at Pratt Street (200 S. Howard Street)
