FY '02 Annual Report
Baltimore Mental Health Systems, Inc. (BMHS) continued its efforts to maintain
a high level of services for Baltimore City residents. BMHS continued its many
interagency collaborations during the past fiscal year. Most notable has been
the many initiatives being planned or underw The Baltimore City provider community has done a tremendous job in serving its population while dealing with complex administrative requirements, inadequate rates for some services, and, difficulties in attracting and retaining staff . BMHS recognizes the challenges that providers have met and is appreciative and grateful for their contributions. FY '00 Annual Report Appendices During fiscal year 2000 (July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000) BMHS focused on expanding the range of services, improving access to care for Baltimore City residents and strengthening our collaborative relationships with providers, government agencies and foundations. |
